Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly and data generated when you use Verity.

• Account information. When you register, we collect your name and email address. If you use Google OAuth, we receive profile identifiers from Google. If you use email and password, we store a secure password hash (we never store your password in plain text).
• Usage data. We store the plans you create, sessions you mark complete, streaks and progress summaries, AI chat content you submit to Verity features, and related metadata (timestamps, device type, and coarse technical logs) needed to run and secure the service.
• Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects card and billing details; Verity does not store your full card number on our servers. We receive subscription status, customer identifiers, and invoice metadata from Stripe.
• Authentication data. Session cookies and tokens issued through our authentication providers (including Google OAuth and email/password sign-in) are used only to keep you signed in securely.

• To generate, display, and store your personalized AI training and study plans.
• To process payments, manage Verity Pro subscriptions, and send billing-related communications.
• To send optional weekly progress report emails to Pro users where enabled (you can opt out in Settings where available).
• To monitor usage, enforce plan limits, debug issues, and improve Verity's product experience and AI quality—including using aggregated or de-identified data where appropriate.

Application data is stored in PostgreSQL via Supabase with access controls. AI plan generation and chat features send prompts to model providers: OpenAI for premium flows and, where configured, Together AI or comparable providers for free-tier workloads. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe; Verity never stores full card numbers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with subprocessors needed to operate Verity, including Supabase (database and auth), OpenAI and/or Together AI (AI inference), Stripe (payments), Resend or similar providers (transactional email), and infrastructure vendors. We select vendors that offer industry-standard security practices and data-processing terms appropriate for a SaaS service.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.

• Account deletion. Signed-in users can delete their account (and associated plans and progress) from Settings → Danger Zone. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
• Profile updates. Update your name and email from Settings → Profile while signed in.
• Plan export. Verity Pro includes PDF export from a plan page so you can keep an offline copy of a generated plan.
• Other data requests. For a full account data export or deletion assistance if you cannot access Settings, email hello@trainwithverity.com from the address on file and describe the request. We respond as promptly as practical.

Verity uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on the product.
