Yes. Verity Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like — you typically keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

Is this medical advice?+

No. Verity is AI-assisted planning software, not a clinician. For injuries, pain, or medical conditions, talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a program.

How accurate are AI-generated plans?+

Plans are tailored to what you tell us and improve with check-ins, but they are not perfect. Treat them as structured drafts you own — adjust volume, swap sessions, and use common sense.

Can I change my plan later?+

Absolutely. You can reschedule sessions, edit inputs, and on Pro use weekly adaptation so the next week reflects how you actually performed.

Is it good for beginners?+

Yes — set your experience level during onboarding and we bias volume and complexity accordingly. When in doubt, start conservative.

Is there a free plan?+

Verity Free includes core planning and tracking with daily AI request limits. Verity Pro adds higher limits, premium model routing, adaptation, coach chat, analytics, templates, PDF export, and more.

Do I need a credit card?+

No credit card is required to create a free account and start. Pro upgrades are handled securely through Stripe when you choose to subscribe.

How is my data used?+

We use your data to run the product — storing plans, processing payments via Stripe, and sending optional emails you control. See our Privacy Policy for subprocessors and retention.

Can I export my plan?+

PDF export is included with Verity Pro from your plan page. Free users can still view and work through plans in the app.

What happens when I hit the free usage limit?+

AI assistant requests reset daily on Free. If you hit the cap, wait for the reset or upgrade to Pro for a much higher daily allowance plus premium features.
