Terms of Service

By accessing or using Verity AI ("Verity," the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Verity provides AI-generated training and study plans, visualizations, and related tools. Verity Free includes up to 5 AI assistant requests per day (resets at midnight UTC) and one active plan at a time. Verity Pro includes up to 100 AI assistant requests per day, unlimited active plans, and additional Pro features, billed at $10/month unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Verity.

Verity Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access to Pro features generally continues until the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent technical or usage limits, probe or disrupt our systems, or use Verity to generate unlawful, harassing, or dangerous content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and content you create for your own use belong to you, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in materials you provide. Verity's name, branding, software, and design are owned by Verity and may not be copied or exploited without permission.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verity is not liable for injuries, missed workouts, academic outcomes, financial losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated plans or advice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate—including by email to the address on your account or by posting an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
